Travel nurse, remote professional, or vacation stays of 31-120 days are preferred inquire for flexible arrangements month to month leases are also ok- currently household includes a grad student and a young professional. Different bedrooms are different sizes/prices, please get in contact for photos and prices of currently available rooms. Deposit will be equal to 1.5 to two months rent, but may be paid in installments if that helps affordability. We are local family run and will never ask for ANY fee or deposit until you are getting your keys. No pet policy is due to medically-serious allergy.
