Summary:
Bombora is a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in the April Sound community, sleeping up to six guests. Enjoy views towards Lake Conroe from the large covered balcony, a fully fenced yard for small dogs and plenty of room to relax inside. Guests can also arrange access to April Sound Country Club facilities, including pools, golf, tennis and more.
The Space:
The main living area is open, bright and spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of room for everyone to hang out together. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home and flows through to the dining and living areas, making it easy to keep everyone together.
Bombora sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms:
- Primary Bedroom: King bed with private ensuite
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed
And with three full bathrooms throughout the home, everyone has a little extra space and privacy during their stay.
One of the best parts of the house is the large covered balcony overlooking the neighbourhood towards Lake Conroe. It's an easy spot for a morning coffee, an afternoon drink or simply sitting outside and watching the day go by. There's also an outdoor grill if you're planning on cooking at home. While Bombora isn't directly on the waterfront, the lake is right nearby and visible between the neighbouring waterfront homes.
Bringing your dog along? Bombora has a fully fenced yard, giving them some outdoor space to enjoy too.
Bed linen and all bathroom towels are included. There are some pool towels in the laundry area but we suggest you bring your own.
There are coffee pods for the Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen and lots of basics in the pantry for your use plus milk in the fridge.
Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are also provided in the bathrooms.
There’s a smaller mini fridge in the master bedroom in case you wish to store drinks to enjoy out on the front deck.
Really, all you need to do is bring yourselves, unpack and relax.
Guest Access:
April Sound is a gated community. Your name will be given at the gate for access for the duration of your stay. The door code will be given on the morning of arrival for access to the house.

Guests also have the option for access to the April Sound Country Club facilities. Please let us know if you’d like access for a small additional cost.

So whether you're spending the day out on Lake Conroe, playing a round of golf or simply relaxing by the pool, Bombora makes a comfortable base to come home to.

5 min drive to Country Club facilities and local restaurants, shopping etc.

Please note that this property is not suited to children under the age of 10 yrs old.
This whole property is strictly no smoking or vaping. We would prefer you do not book this home if you or anyone travelling with you are smokers.
Parties and events also not allowed. Fines will apply.
One small/medium NON-shedding dog is allowed to join you on your stay! A $75 pet fee will be payable.
Must be 25 years of age to book.
Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, dishwasher tablets, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay. We provide bathroom linen for the number of guests included in your booking only. Please bring your own beach towels. Bathroom linen is strictly not to be used for the beach.
A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Cancellations made during the refundable period will receive a refund of all payments made, less a $30 cancellation fee.
A pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes confirming your booking details and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects the number of guests included in your booking. If your guest numbers change, please let us know as soon as possible, as additional charges may apply for additional guests.
