Walk to dozens of wine tasting rooms, to discover award-winning Oregon wines, chef-driven restaurants, microbreweries, artisan boutiques, galleries, and seasonal festivals. Also within walking distance is the Third Street Veterinary Clinic, a natural foods market, and Third Street Pharmacy.

You will have access to your entire apartment. The only shared space is the laundry rooms. There are 2 laundry rooms, one on each floor, for everyone's convenience.

This 600 sq ft apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the apartment building, and the unit is all on one level with no stairs. The open-concept layout includes a welcoming living area with the living room, dining space, and kitchen flowing together, plus high ceilings that give the space a bright, airy feel.
The kitchen is well equipped for everyday living and longer stays, featuring a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances. Down a short hallway, you’ll find a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a generously sized bedroom with a queen bed, closet, and dresser. A resident-use, on-site laundry room is located just down the walkway for added convenience.

Uber and Lyft are available in McMinnville and all the surrounding small towns. Once you arrive, if you plan to visit downtown McMinnville, you can walk anywhere and won't need a car. But if you want to explore the countryside, you'll want a car, hired driver, or wine tour (we'll send our favorite local options after booking).
