Surrounded by the natural beauty of the mountains and forest, this is a place where you can slow down, breathe in the fresh mountain air and enjoy quality time together.With five bedrooms and sleeping accommodations of up to guests, there is room to spread out while still having plenty of inviting spaces to gather.
The main living area is designed for relaxing together after a day of exploring Colorado. Settle into the comfortable seating, enjoy a movie or conversation, and take in the cozy mountain atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen gives you everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We have conveniently provided a Blackstone griddle on the back deck for your use. Whether you are making a quick breakfast before heading out or preparing a big dinner for your gathering, the kitchen makes it easy.
One of the best parts of a mountain vacation is not having to rush. Pour yourself a cup of coffee from our hot beverage center and enjoy it in the sun room. This is a perfect spot to do some deer and bird watching. Who knows, you may see other wildlife as well.
Woodland Retreat is about more than sleeping. It offers access to outdoor recreation,scenic drives,hiking, fishing, wildlife viewing, and countless opportunities to explore towns like Manitou Springs and Cripple Creek.The town of Woodland Park itself is adorable and has a wide variety of restaurants to enjoy. There is also a brand new venue called the Tava House. Amazing for those mountain weddings and other special events.
