Welcome to Winter’s Cabin, a beautifully appointed, luxury mountain home offering breathtaking views of the San Juan Mountains from nearly every room. Located in one of the area’s most desirable communities, Winter’s Cabin is situated just 10 minutes from town, where you’ll find the World-Famous Hot Springs, shopping, dining, and the scenic riverwalk. For winter adventures, Wolf Creek Ski Area is only about 15 minutes away, making this the perfect year-round destination for skiing, hiking, fishing, soaking, and relaxing in the mountains.
From the moment you step inside, you’ll be surrounded by impressive craftsmanship, beautiful woodwork, and stunning mountain views. The dramatic two-story living room features a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable leather sofas, and a large TV, creating the perfect place to unwind. The open floor plan flows seamlessly from the living room into the dining space and fully equipped kitchen. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes or cooking a big family dinner, this "cook's kitchen" has everything you need to prepare and enjoy a fantastic meal. The large deck spans the full length of the home with plenty of seating to take in the beautiful mountain views or a soak in the hot tub after a day of adventure. Guests of Winter's Cabin also have access to nearby trails, the San Juan River Village Pavilion and stocked pond as well as river access from several community access points. Winter's Cabin is the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Colorado in every season!
SNOW CONDITIONS may arise during your winter season travel days or your vacation stay. Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. For your safety Please be prepared with snow chains for all two wheel drive vehicles, AWD and 4X4 are recommended during the months of November - May. -Primary Bedroom: King bed w/ en suite bath, gas fireplace and direct access to the deck.
-Second Bedroom 1: Queen bed with convenient access to the full size guest bathroom.
-Upstairs Loft: Queen bed, full size guest bathroom and a perfect place for the kids to relax, play games or watch TV.

- Verse yourself on our cancellation policy and fees. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing travel insurance.
- Non-smoking (including outside).
- Must be 25 years old to reserve home.
- No parties or number of people staying than are paid for. These are causes for eviction with no refund.
- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, and the manager may require proof of age.
- City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy will be added to all reservation fees
- Be respectful of the home and contents.
