With nearly 3,600 square feet, multiple living spaces, two kitchen areas, a huge finished basement, private hot tub, fire pit and fenced backyard, there's room for everyone to enjoy the trip without feeling crowded.

Whether you're gathering around the oversized kitchen island, relaxing downstairs for movie night, soaking in the hot tub or spending the evening around the backyard fire pit, Tabor & Timber gives your group plenty of ways to spend time together.

THE HOME

The main level features a bright, open living space and a large fully equipped kitchen with an oversized island—perfect for preparing meals, grabbing breakfast before heading out or gathering together at the end of the day.

With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the home offers plenty of sleeping space and privacy for larger groups and extended families.

One bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace, making the home a great option for longer stays or anyone who needs to get a little work done while traveling.

HUGE FINISHED BASEMENT

One of our favorite features of Tabor & Timber is the enormous finished basement.

It's essentially a second gathering space for your group, complete with:

• Large sectional and TV area
• Second living room
• Full mini kitchen/kitchenette
• Full-size refrigerator
• Additional dining and gathering space

It's especially convenient when multiple families are traveling together. Adults can relax upstairs while the kids enjoy the basement—or everyone can gather downstairs for movies, games and time together.

After a day exploring Northern Colorado, come home and unwind in your private backyard hot tub.

Whether you're starting a cool Colorado morning with a soak or relaxing under the evening sky, it's an easy way to slow down and enjoy your stay.

It's a comfortable home base whether you're visiting family, attending an event, exploring Northern Colorado or simply looking for a relaxing place to spend time together.

YOUR STAY

Guests have private access to the home and backyard during their stay, including all six bedrooms, four bathrooms, main kitchen, finished basement, basement kitchen area, dedicated workspace and living spaces.

You'll also have private use of the hot tub, backyard fire pit and grill.

WiFi is available throughout the home.

This is a private stay—the home and outdoor amenities are not shared with other guests.
