About this house rental
Welcome to our basement suite in beautiful Montgomery, an older neighbourhood with a laid-back vibe, offering a variety of local shops, cafes, and parks. A perfect location for city adventures and mountain escapes, this cozy suite is walking distance to the Bow River pathways, Children's Hospital, University District, and Market Mall with easy access to Foothills Hospital and the Rockies. It's ideal for weekend explorers or professionals looking for a comfortable extended stay.
The space: This is a basement suite. Our family lives above. We've got two teens and two dogs, so you might hear the occasional footsteps or a bark now and then. We do our best to keep things quiet—especially at night and before 8 am.
Guest access: Access the suite through a gravel pathway along the side of the house. There is a small patio in the back yard and a short staircase to the back door. Our family also uses the backdoor to access the back yard and garage periodically.
