Coconut Plantation 1080-4 is a two-story home of 2,375 square feet in the gated community of the same name, and its primary suite is the reason to choose it: a private lanai with the Wai'anae range on one side and, past the fairway, a slice of open ocean. What You'll Love • Sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a layout with room for a family or two couples traveling together • A full beach kit by the door: chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and a cart for the lagoon • The community pool and hot tub sit a short walk from the door • A primary suite with ocean, mountain, and fairway views from its own lanai The Main Floor The main floor runs open front to back. A sectional anchors the living area, the dining table seats the whole group, and the kitchen sits in the middle with bar seating for whoever wanders in while dinner comes together. White cabinetry and counter enough to cook on keep it working through a long stay, and two coffee makers cover mornings when the house wakes up in shifts. Outdoor Living Out back, the covered lanai runs along the greenway, shaded and set for long dinners at the table. The lawn opens green past the rail, and the path to the community pool begins just off it. This is where a group ends up between the water and the kitchen. Sleeping Quarters • Primary Bedroom: king bed, ensuite bath with a soaking tub and glass shower, and a private lanai with the range on one side and water past the fairway. • Guest Bedroom 2: queen bed, ceiling fan, and the guest full bath just down the hall. • Guest Bedroom 3: bunk beds, sharing the guest bath and powder room downstairs. Coconut Plantation Coconut Plantation is gated and residential, built around a resort-style pool with a hot tub beside it and a fitness room for anyone keeping a routine on the road. Grills sit near the pool, and the grounds stay green and low-key, a neighborhood inside the larger resort rather than a hotel deck. Nearby The four Ko Olina lagoons are close, calm and swimmable, protected water rather than open surf. Ko Olina Golf Club and the marina sit within the resort, and Kapolei covers groceries and errands on the drive in. Honolulu International Airport (HNL) is at the far end of the H-1. This is the dry, sunny corner of Oahu, where the pace runs slower than town.
