Welcome to Tee Time, a newly built, stylish first-floor condo in Calusa Golf & Country Club, one of Lakewood Ranch's newest gated communities. Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, this fresh new retreat offers the ideal setting for enjoying golf, relaxation, and the Lakewood Ranch lifestyle. A Calusa Country Club golf membership is included with your stay, so you pay only the applicable cart fee, currently just $30 for 18 holes.

The living room features an 85" smart TV while both bedrooms also have their own Smart TV's. The condo is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi for seamless entertainment and streaming using guests streaming subscriptions.

Designed for comfort and connection, the condo features a split-bedroom floor plan that provides added privacy for couples, families, and friends traveling together. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining area and comfortable living room, while an in-unit washer and dryer add convenience throughout your stay.

Sliding glass doors lead to a private screened lanai, perfect for morning coffee, quiet afternoons with a good book, or relaxing with an evening drink. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and convenient access to the lanai. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, with a nearby full bathroom that gives guests a comfortable space of their own.

When you are not on the course, spend the day relaxing by the pool, exploring the restaurants and shops of Lakewood Ranch, visiting nearby Sarasota or Bradenton, or enjoying the beautiful beaches of Florida's Gulf Coast.

Golf at Calusa Country Club

Golf is one of the highlights of a stay at Tee Time, with two distinctive Gordon Lewis-designed courses open for play:

• 18-Hole Blue Course: A championship course shaped by natural elevation changes, expansive white-sand bunkers, beautifully maintained greens, and six tee options for golfers of varying skill levels.

• 12-Hole Green Course: A creative mix of par-3, par-4, and par-5 holes that offers plenty of variety in a shorter, more relaxed round.

Community Development Notice

Calusa Country Club is a growing, newly developed community, and construction of homes, roads, landscaping, and community amenities may be underway during your stay. Guests may encounter daytime construction noise, workers, equipment, temporary traffic changes, and activity near the property. Some planned amenities may not yet be completed or available. Construction schedules and amenity availability are controlled by the community and may change without notice.

Before arrival, guests will be required to review and sign a waiver acknowledging the possibility of ongoing construction, related activity, and changes in community amenity availability.

Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.

House Rule: No smoking. No vaping. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No pets.

Owner mailbox not available for guest use. If you wish to receive mail during your stay, we recommend making arrangements with the local post office to secure a PO Box prior to your arrival. Amazon packages should be picked up at a local Amazon locker location.
