The Space:

The Grand Mulligan is a convenient walk in unit with easy access directly from the parking area. This spacious condominium features a main floor master bedroom with a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom equipped with a walk in shower. The upper level houses two additional bedrooms each furnished with a comfortable king bed and a shared full bathroom. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless appliances along with a dining area for family meals. Guests can relax on two private patios or enjoy the resort amenities including communal pools, a hot tub, golf, a gym, and tennis/pickleball courts. The property is family friendly and provides laundry facilities with a washer and dryer for your convenience.



Guest Access:

You will have full private access to the entire condominium, which features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. As our guest, you are welcome to enjoy the extensive resort amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, an 18 hole golf course, a gym, tennis and pickleball courts, and a communal hot tub. The resort also offers direct lake access for fishing and outdoor relaxation. Please note that guest entry information will be sent to you approximately 26 hours before your arrival. You must provide your building and unit number, along with your departure date, to the gate attendant to gain access to the resort premises.

Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide a selection of essentials including shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. You will also find a starter supply of coffee pods, toilet paper, and paper towels, cascade/dish soap/hand soap. Please note that check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. Guests must be at least 23 years of age to book this property. Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on or within the premises. Quiet hours are observed between 10pm and 7am. Free parking is available on site, however, please be aware that boats, trailers, and recreational vehicles are not permitted and may be towed by the resort at the owner expense. Fireworks are also strictly prohibited at all times.
