You're minutes from the area's biggest draws: 3.8 mi to Kalahari Resort & Waterpark, 6 mi to Camelback Mountain (skiing, tubing & Camelbeach), 7 mi to Great Wolf Lodge, and 7.8 mi to Pocono Raceway. Family entertainment, dining, and shopping are close by, with scenic mountain roads year-round.

➢ Pets may be considered with approval (pet fee applies)
➢ To comply with HOA requirements, please provide the total number of vehicles you will be bringing and the license plate number for at least one vehicle.
➢ Last minutes booking over the weekend will be imposed of $100 for late fee that is instructed by the Community Office. Please submit your vehicle information by 2pm on Friday as we need to submit to the Community Office as they will be closed from Friday (After 4pm), Saturday and Sunday.
➢ The backyard has a partial fence and is not fully enclosed. Community guidelines do not allow complete fencing in order to allow local wildlife, including deer, to pass through freely. Guests should supervise children and pets when outdoors.
➢Town requirements: Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book and check in

🍸 Automatic Cocktail Machine Available:
The home features an automatic cocktail machine with glassware provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own cocktail capsules and alcohol (liquor) for use during their stay. Please enjoy responsibly and clean after use.
