In summer, the veteran ferry Ida crosses the sound to Bogø, providing an enjoyable link for walkers and cyclists. For a day in nature, follow the coast towards Hesnæs, where forest, Baltic Sea scenery, a small harbour and a beach offer plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling.
