About this house rental
Three bedrooms, one queen bed in each, so six people sleep without anyone taking the couch. Three full bathrooms, so the morning schedule is not a negotiation. Towels and linens are here when you arrive.
The kitchen has teal cabinets, butcher block counters, a full-size range, dishwasher and microwave. A real dining table sits next to it, with a coffee bar built into the cabinetry. If you cook, you can cook here.
Four of the rooms have a desk, so if two of you are working, you are not trading off the kitchen table.
Washer and dryer are in the house, full size, not a stacked closet unit. WiFi included. Central air and heat.
Out back: a fenced yard, a fire pit ringed with Adirondack chairs, and gravel parking off the street.
One thing to know before you book: there are two exterior security cameras, one at the front door and one at the back door. They cover the entrances only. Nothing records inside the house, and nothing covers the fenced yard or the patio.
The house is vacant and ready now. Minimum stay is 28 nights, which is who this is built for. Relocations, travel assignments, project crews, families between houses.
Managed by Roadmap Lodging.
