Our home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Please treat the home and surrounding neighborhood with care and respect and observe quiet hours so everyone can enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay
You may occasionally hear a train passing in the distance. Some days are completely quiet, while on others, you may hear the distant sound of a passing train.

For your safety, as well as for insurance and property security purposes, exterior security cameras are located at the front door and garage door. The cameras monitor exterior areas only and are used to help protect our guests and property.

Minimum Age
The minimum age to book and stay at the property is 21.
Guests & Maximum Occupancy
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. The maximum occupancy of the home must not be exceeded. Unauthorized overnight guests are not permitted.

Gatherings & Parties
We are happy to welcome small gatherings, but the home is not intended for large parties or events. Please note that gatherings or parties involving underage guests are not permitted. Gatherings must remain respectful of the property and our neighbors.

Quiet Hours
Guests must observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior is not permitted at any time.

Hot Tub
Please use the hot tub responsibly. No glass is permitted in or around the hot tub. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please cover and secure the hot tub after each use.

Fire Pit & Grill
Never leave the fire pit or grill unattended while in use. Both must be completely turned off after use and covered once they have cooled.

Doors & Backyard Gates
Please keep all exterior doors and backyard gates closed and secure when not in use. The backyard gates should remain closed whenever children are present, especially when using the hot tub.

Respect the Property
Please treat our home and its contents with care. Do not remove items from the property, move furniture or outdoor equipment without permission, or tamper with locks, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment.

Damage & Maintenance
Please report any damage, malfunction, or maintenance issue as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.

Violations
Violations of these rules may result in additional fees and may require the guest to leave the property. Serious or repeated violations may also result in cancellation or termination of the reservation in accordance with applicable platform policies and terms.
