Welcome to Sunlit Tern, a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome in the beautiful Windmark Beach community of Port St. Joe. Beach access is directly across the street, with approximately one block between the townhome and the shoreline. Follow the natural footpath through the coastal dunes and you’ll be on your way to a day on the sand.
Inside, Sunlit Tern is comfortable, inviting and designed for easy coastal living. The first floor features an open living and dining area along with a fully stocked kitchen with stone countertops and all major appliances. A convenient half bath and full-size washer and dryer are also located in the home, giving you everything you need to settle in and enjoy your stay.
All three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The primary suite features a king bed and an attached private bathroom with double vanities and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed. These two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom, also featuring a walk-in shower. Sleeping up to seven guests, the layout is ideal for families, couples traveling together or a getaway with friends.
Beyond the beach, Windmark Beach offers miles of walking and biking paths, boardwalks, a playground, Village Green, amphitheater and additional coastal access points throughout the community. Guests also have access to two community pools with restrooms and outdoor showers, located just a few blocks from Sunlit Tern and about a two-minute drive away with convenient parking. The nearby Village Center offers dining, shopping and gathering spaces, while downtown Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach are both just a short drive away.
The garage provides convenient storage for beach gear during your stay, with vehicle parking available in the driveway. With the beach one block away, two community pools nearby and plenty to explore throughout Windmark Beach and the surrounding coast, Sunlit Tern makes it easy to settle in, slow down and enjoy Florida’s Forgotten Coast.
