Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the property and its amenities. You will not be able to access the garage. We have bees on the corner of the property, please use caution and do not disturb them if you go near the hives.

Enjoy the best of both worlds: a peaceful country setting just minutes from the heart of Round Top. Located less than half a mile from Festival Hill and about 1.5 miles from the town square, you’re close to everything while still tucked away in a quiet, beautiful countryside setting.



Getting Around:

You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTiE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.



Other Things to Note:

- CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 4% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.



- Pre-Arrival Requirements: As part of our guest screening process, a copy of your ID will be requested after your reservation is confirmed. You will also need to sign a rental agreement prior to your stay.



- Accident Protection: When you book with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for accidental damages up to $5,000 with an added fee of $79 included in your total. Full coverage details are provided in the rental agreement. This coverage applies to all bookings.



- Pet Policy: No pets



- We have bees on the corner of the property, please use caution and do not disturb them if you go near the hives.



- There is a pond, please watch children at all times.



- If we are under a burn ban, use of the fire pit is not permitted.

Please note that sightings of common insects or wildlife (such as skunks, snakes, scorpions, spiders, flies, wasps, mice, ants, etc.) do not qualify for refunds, as occasional encounters are possible in any rural environment.
