Welcome to "Lolita," a designed retro tiny home nestled in Evergreen, perfect for a quiet, cozy mountain escape.





The Space



This tiny home, being 3x bigger than the average size, is a beautifully designed home that prioritizes comfort, simplicity, and relaxation. The upstairs sleeping area features a vaulted ceiling and large windows with stunning mountain views, creating a bright and open atmosphere that feels much larger than the footprint suggests.



The home has a warm, inviting layout that encourages slowing down, whether you’re reading, resting, or just enjoying the peaceful surroundings.





Important Notes About the Home



Unique Structure: The home has a natural slant to it. This is part of its original build and is completely safe. Most guests notice it briefly when they arrive, but adjust within minutes.



Heating: The home is equipped with floorboard heaters. For a comfortable temperature, use the bathroom heater and set the living room unit to “comfort level.” Additional heat may make the upstairs quite warm.



Kitchen: The stovetop is available, with 3 out of 4 burners functioning. The oven is currently not in use.



Storm Shutters: Please do not move or adjust the storm shutters. They are older and preserved for emergency use only.

Please note that the address listed on Airbnb may take you slightly down the road from the property. The correct address is 132 Floyd Hill Way, Evergreen, CO 80439



Guests may drive up to the home briefly to unload. However, parking is located at the last switchback before reaching the house.



Please park considerately to allow space for other vehicles. Parking directly at the house for an extended period of time is not permitted in order to maintain access and avoid congestion.
