About this house rental
Guests have private access to the entire 16 acres including:
* Pickleball court
* Cornhole
* Walking paths and outdoor gathering areas
* Hot tubs
* Fire pits
* Karaoke Party Room
* Yard Games
You have access to the entire 16 acres of property. All 3 cottages, the Villa, the party room at the Villa as well as the Pickleball Court. We ask that you do not access the open space to the left of the party room where the lawn equipment is housed, as well as the closet in party room and janitors closet in the Villa. The trailers and Kawasaki Mule are also for owner use only.
Rural Hill Country setting on Jenschke Lane just off US‑290 (the Fredericksburg–Stonewall wine corridor). The area is characterized by vineyards, boutique wineries, ranchland and scenic hills; small towns (Stonewall, Albert, Luckenbach) and Fredericksburg’s historic downtown are the closest commercial hubs. Expect a quiet, scenic vibe with agritourism and winery tasting rooms within a short drive.
Driving is strongly recommended—most guests arrive and get around by car or rental vehicle. We offer reserved transportation in our Mercedes Sprinter van that can be booked separately. Rideshare coverage is available; taxis and local shuttle services are available by reservation. Downtown Fredericksburg’s shops and restaurants are walkable once you’re in town.
