Two queen bedrooms plus a queen-width sleeper sofa in the sunroom sleep 5. Farmhouse kitchen with butcher block counters, a built-in breakfast booth, and an espresso machine. Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium is a short walk, downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy are minutes away. Free driveway and street parking. No pets.
The Space:
BEDROOMS
Two queen bedrooms, both on the main level. The first has a wall-mounted Smart TV, a pair of rattan pendants over the bed, and a dresser with a mirror. The second has blackout curtains over a double window and floral art over the bed. The sunroom off the kitchen has a queen-width sleeper sofa for a fifth guest. Fresh linens provided.
BATHROOMS
One full bath with an original cast-iron tub and shower, subway tile, a handheld showerhead, sage beadboard walls, and a pedestal sink. A separate half bath with a second sink and toilet. Stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer.
KITCHEN
White shaker cabinets, butcher block counters, a farmhouse apron sink under two windows, a stainless gas range with a vent hood, dishwasher, and microwave. A DeLonghi espresso machine and a standard coffee maker. Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and cookware for group meals. A built-in breakfast booth with a butcher block table sits under an arched opening just off the kitchen - the best seat in the house for morning coffee.
LIVING AREAS
The formal living room has a white brick fireplace (decorative), a wall-mounted Smart TV, and a sectional under a triple window looking out at the street. Through the arch is the dining room with seating for four under a rattan pendant. A sunroom on the back of the house has vertical paneling, windows on three sides, a second sofa, a pass-through to the breakfast nook, and a built-in bookcase stocked with board games. Original heart-pine floors throughout.
OUTDOOR LIVING
A slate patio by the front door with a bistro set, and backyard in the rear with cafe lights strung across the lawn, Adirondack chairs, a paver patio, and mature perennial beds. Quiet, private, and shaded by a large tree.
PARKING
Free parking for two cars in the ribbon driveway. Street parking is also available. The detached garage is not available to guests.
LOCATION
Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium is about half a mile - walk to Navy home games, the Military Bowl, and lacrosse. Downtown Annapolis and City Dock are about 1.5 miles; the Naval Academy's Gate 1 is about the same. West Annapolis' shops and restaurants on Annapolis Street are under a mile. Sandy Point State Park is 6 miles, BWI is 25 miles, and Washington, DC is 35 miles.
