One full bath with an original cast-iron tub and shower, subway tile, a handheld showerhead, sage beadboard walls, and a pedestal sink. A separate half bath with a second sink and toilet. Stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN

White shaker cabinets, butcher block counters, a farmhouse apron sink under two windows, a stainless gas range with a vent hood, dishwasher, and microwave. A DeLonghi espresso machine and a standard coffee maker. Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and cookware for group meals. A built-in breakfast booth with a butcher block table sits under an arched opening just off the kitchen - the best seat in the house for morning coffee.

LIVING AREAS

The formal living room has a white brick fireplace (decorative), a wall-mounted Smart TV, and a sectional under a triple window looking out at the street. Through the arch is the dining room with seating for four under a rattan pendant. Original heart-pine floors throughout.

OUTDOOR LIVING

A slate patio by the front door with a bistro set, and backyard in the rear with cafe lights strung across the lawn, Adirondack chairs, a paver patio, and mature perennial beds. Quiet, private, and shaded by a large tree.
