Discover your perfect Ozark mountain escape in this newly renovated, 1-bedroom walkout condo serenely situated on the banks of Lake Taneycomo. Blending rustic farmhouse charm with modern comforts, this peaceful retreat offers a quiet haven that is still just a 10-minute drive from the hustle and bustle of the Branson Strip.
Inside Your Cozy Retreat
Our open-concept space features fast, free Wi-Fi (300Mbps), keyless entry, new central heating/AC, and an in-unit washer and dryer with a starter laundry pack.
Living Area: Unwind by the warm glow of the electric fireplace, stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or play board games. The comfortable leather sofa pulls out into a Queen bed for extra guests.
Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped for cooking with major appliances, cookware, and essential seasonings. Enjoy a dedicated, stocked coffee bar and share meals at the bright farmhouse dining table (seats 2-4).
Bedroom Oasis: Rest beautifully on a comfy King bed outfitted with a variety of pillows, room-darkening curtains, a ceiling fan, and a soothing sound machine. A Pack 'n Play is provided in the closet (please bring your own baby linens).
Spacious Bathroom: Features a double-sink vanity, excellent lighting, and a large, easy-access shower with a privacy door. We provide fresh towels, a starter toiletry pack, and a hair dryer to save room in your suitcase.

Step out onto your private, covered patio. Complete with a 4-top wrought iron table, festive string lights, and a view of the misty lake, it is the ultimate tranquil escape. Great location for quiet and serene atmosphere. Clean, well decorated and. Great view of the lake all day, evening and mornings. Not a budget buster. We will return soon.

Perfect place for our Branson stay. Minutes away from the busy Branson strip but felt like another world! Really comfortable accommodations with everything we needed. Nicely decorated and such a peaceful setting overlooking Lake Taneycomo. The patio was an awesome place for morning coffee with lots of wildlife (friendly groundhog, curious raccoon, busy squirrels and beautiful birds.

Upfront, the hosts were quick to respond to messages with questions or concerns for the duration of the stay. The interior of the property is also clean, well-organized, and a generally pleasant place to be.However, there were some underlying issues experienced that did impact the quality of our stay at the property.First and foremost, the biggest issue experienced was a very loud creaking that came from the ceiling/upper unit floor as the upstairs tenant seemingly walked laps over the bedroom each morning at approximately 6 am. We got the impression that the upstairs tenant is a long-term resident, so be aware you will be awoken early each morning.The second issue experienced is there are limited spots in the parking lot and at times no room in the lot at all to park. Vehicles are supposed to display a parking pass in order to park in the lot, however, several vehicles in the lot did not have passes. One evening I arrived with no room in the lot and contacted the host. While the host responded promptly, no real solution was provided outside of 'I will call the HOA office when it opens on Monday'. Understandably, the host has little control over people who break the rules, but be aware you could be out of luck and need to find a parking solution yourself.Finally, the bed is pretty uncomfortable. Know that after all the decorations that were purchased to make aesthetic pictures to post for the vrbo ad, it doesn't appear there was much budget left for the mattress.
