About this house rental
Enjoy creating memories with family and friends on the beautiful patio overlooking the pool. Take a swim (pool just opened!), hangout with family and friends in the large open dining and living area (with a 75" TV), or walk two blocks to the amazing Oak dining and shopping center. Work from home in the private workspace while the kids play in the bunkroom! You are minutes to highways, shopping (Trader Joes, Whole Foods), dining, and entertainment. Laundry, garage parking and a STORM SHELTER!
The Space:
This beautiful brick home is tucked away in a great, private family-friendly neighborhood in central NW OKC. It is walking distance to the OAK and a short drive anywhere else.
The home was recently updated with all new roof, paint, lighting, windows, refinished floors, and fixtures and professionally furnished and decorated. It is elegant but still relaxing and livable. The rooms are large and the flow through the living, dining and kitchen area is very natural and comfortable.
The outdoor patio is basically a second living room with sitting and dining areas, an outdoor TV, new fans and lighting. It opens directly to the pool area with a fun grass wall and multiple sun loungers. Once open (we will update the listing when the pool is open), it can be heated for a fee (depends on time of year and water temperature, please ask in advance). We close the pool in October.
There is a large two car garage for parking, and soffit lights around the perimeter of the home. There is a storm shelter in the garage as well if our Oklahoma weather gets a little dicey (very low chance you will ever use it, but its there in case).
Guest Access:
The entire property is yours, although we ask you do not touch the pool equipment.
Other Things to Note:
No parties or events, no more than 10 people are allowed on the property at ANY point in time (it does not matter if "only 8 are spending the night").
Interaction with Guests:
Messaging us in the Airbnb app is the fastest way to make sure a member of our team can see and respond. We have busy lives with three kids, so we may not be able to immediately answer the phone. If ever needed, we only live 3 miles away so we can respond to any issue.
