Welcome to Western Ave dining and entertainment district! Minutes from Classen Curve, Nichols Hills, and the Paseo, this brand new custom built home is nestled in the best part of OKC. Walk to bars and restaurants, shop at Whole foods and all the wonderful shops off 63rd and Grand, hop downtown in minutes, or just park in the two car garage and enjoy a staycation in this safe and quiet modern home. Truly a wonderful area... you can't beat the quality, convenience and value. Just Listed!
