OUTDOOR LIVING

The outdoor space is what makes The Nest truly special. The heated saltwater pool is perfect for swimming, floating, and spending the day together. After swimming, relax in the hot tub or settle into one of the chairs around the large firepit.
The property also offers beautiful sunset views and frequent wildlife sightings. Eagles are common along the river, and guests may also spot deer, foxes, or wild turkeys.
Please note that the pool is seasonal and availability depends on weather conditions. Pool opening and closing dates cannot be guaranteed.

ROOM TO GATHER

The main living areas are comfortable, open, and designed for groups. The kitchen and dining spaces make it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them together. The finished lower level gives guests another place to relax, watch television, or enjoy games.
The lower level pool kitchen opens toward the outdoor entertaining area and includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, drinkware, and utensils. It is a convenient place to prepare snacks, drinks, and poolside meals without repeatedly going upstairs.

SLEEPING AND BATHROOMS

The Nest includes five bedrooms and four bathrooms, providing privacy and flexibility for families and groups. Two of the bedrooms are primary suites with private bathrooms, making the home especially comfortable for multiple couples or families traveling together.

WORK AND CONNECTIVITY

Need to check in with the office during your stay? The dedicated office includes two workstations, allowing guests to work remotely without taking over a bedroom or shared living space.

LOCATION

The Nest feels peaceful and secluded while remaining conveniently close to Omaha. The home is located in the Riverside Lakes neighborhood near Waterloo, approximately five minutes south of West Dodge Road and about 40 minutes from Omaha’s Eppley Airfield.
Restaurants, groceries, shopping, sports facilities, and Omaha attractions are all within convenient driving distance. The neighborhood also offers walking trails, pickleball courts, a playground, frisbee golf, and a ball field.
