Inside, you'll find yourself surrounded by exposed timber and beautiful handcrafted details bringing warmth and character to the open living space. Honey wood tones complement the floor-to-ceiling stacked-stone fireplace and create a space that feels distinctly Colorado—rustic and cozy, yet clean, bright, and contemporary. With National Forest trails just a short walk away, nearby lake access, a private hot tub, backyard sledding, kayaks, and a cozy place to gather, this is the perfect home base for enjoying Colorado in every season. And because we know many folks enjoy traveling with their four-legged family members, this home will consider pets on a case by case basis (prior approval required).



Spend your mornings exploring the nearby Turkey Springs trail system, your afternoons kayaking on the lake, and your evenings gathered around the fireplace or soaking under the stars in the hot tub. When winter arrives, the backyard becomes part of the fun. The hill just outside the back patio makes a fantastic sledding hill, and sleds are provided. Kids can bundle up and head outside for hours of snow-filled fun while the adults join them—or enjoy the show from the warmth of the hot tub.



Lake Hatcher Lodge is also a great home base for exploring all Pagosa has to offer. It's within easy reach of restaurants, shops, hot springs, skiing, and other attractions. Downtown and the Hot Springs are only 20 minutes away. During ski season, you'll be on the slopes of Wolf Creek Ski Area in under an hour (33 miles) where you can spend the day on the mountain then come home to a relaxing evening in front of the fire with family and friends.



**SNOW CONDITIONS may arise during your winter season travel days or your vacation stay. Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. - Pets Considered (Dogs only): PETS MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL with payment of a $35/night per pet fee and signed pet agreement. Failure to obtain pet approval prior to arrival will result in a fine in addition to the fees and possible eviction with no refund.

- No parties or number of people staying than are paid for.

- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, and the manager may require proof of age

- City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy, will be added to all reservation fees
