The property management company requires a $300 security deposit. This is just a hold placed on the card, required 2 days before your arrival and released after your stay once the unit is inspected.



Also please note that we do not allow any Check-ins/Check-outs on major holidays such as (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Martin Luther King, Memorial Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving)





We are not equipped like a hotel and we do not provide a linen service during your stay although we do provide a few initial starter supplies such as dishwashing pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, (1) paper towel, (1) sponge, hand soap, dish soap, coffee, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies during their stay.
