The only issue is the non-air conditioner bathroom? But really a non issue.

The location was good and within walking distance of main Chinatown. However, we paid extra for early check-in. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the main accommodation was about 200 meters away from the reception area. Also, you’ll need to carry your luggage up the stairs.
Paying extra for early check-in even if we informed well in advance.

From the moment we checked in it felt like we had been warmly welcomed by the local Thai family run business. They were genuinely friendly and warm and incredibly hospitable. Having stayed throughout Bangkok this last month from 5Star Hotels to Guesthouses - Arun Sa Wad 103 has to be my favourite by far. Its not only affordable for Bangkok, but the rooms and beds are more comfortable than even some of the more top tier exclusive luxury hotels. On top of which they have a beautiful restaurant in the reception entrance with a chef who is expert at tantalising the tastebuds. All being said I will be back at the end of the month to stay again.
There is nothing I would change.
