I stayed for 5 days and I enjoyed my stay, the room is a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable, the TV and the internet worked, as did the mini fridge, coffee maker in the room, the breakfast is a little sparse, but still filling and delicious, plenty of juice options, milk and coffee. It was quiet, despite being right on a main road. Wegmans is right across the street, so with the fridge and microwave in your room, you don't have to go out to eat every night. The staff was friendly and accommodating, housekeeping was happy to answer any questions I had.

The plug kept coming loose from the back of my TV, easy fix but it took me a while to figure it out. The restaurant is closed, I had heard great things about it and was disappointed that I couldn't experience it.

Property was clean and met my expectations for basic motel. Convenient to downtown and university area as well as large box stores/chain retail, groceries.

Wallpaper was peeling in a couple places. Curtains were very old and hard to close. Rooms need a refresh as materials are dated and not aging well. Smelled like old cigarette smoke in the lobby area.
