Everything was very clean. It has a swimming ppol and hot tub as well as a game room for teenagers.
I didn't like the fact that my son told me a lady that was working in the game room told my son and grandson that they both looked like loosers to her. It was a really good thing I wasn't with them and that they didn't tell me till we got home or me and her would have been having a major discussion about what she said.

Loved the ease of checking in. Great location. Staff were very friendly.
We had to walk up three flights of stairs and my mom is 91. Needed a lower level for sure!

Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable!
No complaints at all about the property or staff. Both were wonderful! Just one complaint though that is no fault of The Suites at Fall Creek. We booked two rooms and one of the rooms had a very strong smell of marijuana smoke. Never smoked the stuff but I have smelled it before and I am not a fan! That was a bit bothersome, but again, no fault of the facility - it's just a guest not complying with the no smoking rule.
