Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. I would rather choose to sleep in car instead of staying in this motel

Worst in cleanliness, no toilet paper, no soap, bathroom not clean, room smells like urine, floor was not extremly dirty, paint was coming out from wall, thousands of mosquitoes in room, No cooling coming from AC and was just making noise.

very bad stay

I do not like anything,

I had to wait for the receptionist, who upon arrival, despite the fact that it was raining, did not offer any apology and the room, the bed was dirty, the sheets with human hair, at night other clients did not let them sleep with noise and scandal and nobody called their attention

It is okay for someone looking for a place for night. But book for cheap price. No more than $50

Front desk staff

No cleanliness. I almost locked myself in bathroom. Can you imagine . Carpet was dirty. Amenities were broken. I turned the microwave on and the fuse went out.

It was a terrible one

The room wasn't the same as what I had asked and paid for upon getting to the lodge the attendant was not nice and communicative the room I booked was also very untidy and used

the door was locked on us and the reception was closed. The dude ended up blaming us on why we go locked out all night.

this place is far away from what it looks on the photos. the place is full of homeless people and the rooms are very dirty. The beds are full of insects and the staff are very aggressive and dangerous.

No coffee machine, No telephone in room

The price was right for sure. The place is very dated and very dirty. It's the first time I have ever seen a hotel room with out a phone and without a coffee machine I mean WTF ? WiFi was also an issue we couldn't get online the whole time we were there so that sucked.

No coffee machine, no room telephone, no wifi as was advertised free wifi is a lie. The place certainly could use a good cleaning or come to think of it perhaps a demolition team would be the best option.

Probably one of the worst motel on this planet

NOTHING!!!!

I still have nightmares from this motel! There was puke on the walls, lipstick, pee and blood on the sheets so NASTY and the smell!!! We left after 20min in, i was scared to even remove my shoes

EVERYTHING. from the checking in process to entering the room. room looked so unsafe. someone can walk into the room by opening the window. not even a proper lock on the window.. you have to use a wooden stick to make sure windows can’t slide open. washroom was terrible. not even a fresh roll of toilet paper, not even hand soap to wash your hands towels looked not even clean. the floor felt like it had rocks or something on it still. the walls were so terribly washed or not even washed at all. you can still see someone’s hand prints or makeup splatters on the wall.

Spent worst night

The guy who works as a receptionist is really rude n disrespectful, I had to change the hotel the next day.

The room was not cleaned well n the washroom was so bad

Horrible place

Nothing we didn't stay it was the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen

Everything there was blood stains and damage everywhere it was just gross the front desk guy was in a t-shirt and shorts picking his nose

cigarette butts you in the room, cigarette smell, stains on the sheets, soap dispenser broken, beds make noises, walls had holes in it, strong smell of perfume to hide cigarette smell, charge me 25$ for 1 hour late check out.

Everything, bedding was dirty and over all, poor in appearance. No coffee. Room was not cleaned, I asked for another room but to avail. This place needs to be renovated properly, lots of accident's waiting to happen.

Most filthy motel ever

Relatively close to Banff

Bums sleeping in parking lot (with dogs running around). Filthy room, windows and stairwell. Bed wasn't made and it smelled bad. Check-in guy seemed annoyed to be bothered when we checked in. And the room next to us was a permanent resident with a lot of cameras on his door. We actually left after seeing the room. This should not be on booking.

the property was in very bad shape, rooms with broken furniture, strong , very strong cigarette smell. I went to the room, turned back and choose other location

Friendly staff, broken unclean room

Staff was very friendly

Unclean. The room had broken doors, toilet seat did fit the toilet. Everything was unplugged. It was very dirty. There was body hair on the counter. So gross.
