Disappointed

Conveniently located near our destination. Breakfast choices. Clean room.

A/C didn't cool, even at 65 degrees. A/C compressor extremely loud...all night long. Staff was apologetic, but didn't offer to have it looked at, change rooms, or refund a portion of the room charge.

I expected more from this hotel, it was rated very good but will not waste my time believing the rating.

The pool and size of the room

The room did not have enough lighting and it had a red substance in front of the fridge. Also the last night 3 times I got my door knocked on, don’t know if it was just a prank going on, didn’t not enjoy the last night at all and for the price, it’s not worth it!

Disappointing

Decently close to globe life and other attractions, quick access to highway

Extremely musty smelling rooms, stained carpet, peeling wallpaper, just overall in need of a complete update. Stayed right next door at the Fairfield a few months back and would definitely stay there again over this Hampton especially since the price was nearly the same. Not worth the money in our opinion.

Suite sized rooms are standard!

This has been our spot for the last 4-years while our daughter attended UTA. It is less than 15 minutes from the school and the rooms are amazing!

The rooms and the breakfast set y’all apart!

I cannot since they would not help me. Terrible staff.

Nothing!!!!! Like I wrote before the staff was not helpful at all. All they cared about was they had the money and that was it.

I asked them to change the dates and they would not work with me. They even avoided me and did not answer my emails until i kept asking. Terrible staff and would blame everything but did not give me options. Worse experience i have ever had with the staff of Hampton.

the staff was fun and kind and the room was spacious.

our first room the bed was dirty and there was clothes all over the room. it took a while to change the room. when we did the sink and toilet were broken.

Would not recommend staying here if you want to sleep

Rooms were too loud. AC was loud and the ice maker down the hall was constantly coming on and off - could not sleep

HUGE, comfy suites

HUGE, comfortable room. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Convenient location. Flexible check-in.

There was a hair in the tub. Management confirmed the room had been cleaned, and it was probably left behind while the housekeeper cleaned. However, as I waited in line to checkout, the lady in front of me had extensive complaints about cleanliness.

I will not be coming back. I have never stayed at a self serve hotel. in fact, I payed for service.

location was good.

we stayed 2 nights. no one cleaned our room. We had to take out our own trash and get our own towels at the front desk. we had to supply our own soap.
