Room was a good size for two people. The beds were comfortable. Toiletries were provided. Parking was free and easy. Breakfast had a variety of choices and was fresh, hot and tasty. The front desk and kitchen staff were very friendly. The location was excellent, conveniently located very close to our reason for going to Calgary (shopping at Chinook Mall) and on a major road (Macleod Trail).
The TV and house phone in the room did not work. Getting assistance took considerable time. We were moved to another room, which stank of cigarette smoke, but we were too tired to move again. There was poop in the hallway. The pool was freezing.

The staff were exceptional - all receptionists were very friendly and accommodating, i was very impressed with them, as well as the cleaning staff.
Breakfast was nice to have access to and lots of options
The location was perfect- within walking distance of a music venue and within a ten minute drive of the downtown area
The room was clean, comfortable and spacious
Did not get to use the pool or hot tub but it was nice to have the option!
Not an actual complaint but the elevator was slow at times (not always!!) And couldn't use the stairs.

It was right on macleod trail
The outside was sketchy with transients walking all over. The price was high for this type of hotel. Parking was narrow, but somewhat accessible.
