Loved the space, ambience, functionality, location, helpful staff. Lacked food options

Breakfast was the biggest problem for me. I do not eat meat or drink milk. There were many meat options everyday but limited vegetarian options and limited fruit given breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I paid for breakfast but really did not benefit

I was woken up each morning by other people's children & noise. Children were left by parents to run around the breakfast area. Perhaps placement of children to be considered and for parents to be reminded to be considerate of others space.

Für eine Nacht ok

Zimmer sehr groß, Dusche hatte endlich mal vernünftigen Wsserdruck! Betten sehr bequem!

Pool war klein und nicht sauber und sehr kalt da er permanent im Schatten liegt

A perfect gem of a retreat with fabulous staff.

The night staff employee was wonderful when my Booking.com account accidentally booked a second room - he recognized the error and helped me cancel the second booking without charge. The housekeeping was excellent, even though we had several kids who got sick and made a lot of extra laundry for them. Really exceptional.

Would have brought an HDMI cord because it was difficult to stream from our devices and the available channels were all in Thai.

An excellent stay- spacious room, comfy bed, helpful staff as well as a good swimming pool and a lounge with a selection

breakfast was not memorable. the only eggs on offer were poached eggs sitting on the buffet, these looked quite rubbery. there was very limited fresh fruit available at breakfast. breakfast options can be improved

Awesome stay!!!

My family and I loved staying at Fullrich Lanna Suite. The hotel was very aesthetic and the staff super friendly. The location is great if you want to stay outside the city. Totally recommend it and will be back soon. Thank you for the hospitality.

Breakfast was ok but I personally can't stand weak coffee. My wife loves cappuccino in the morning and myself a nice cup of black coffee. I think it was the only thing that we didn't love about staying there. Everything else was perfect.

Value for money!

-Spacious room -Staff is very helpful & responsive. We had to trouble the male staff after midnight as our child vomited all over the bed. He had our room changed for the night and the housekeepers did a good & thorough job at cleaning the room and changing the soiled sheets the next morning.

It was a very short stay, but is located close to airport (15 minute drive) and has very nice staff.

The hotel staff were very accommodating. We got there early and were able to check-in right away. The woman at the front desk also knew we had an early flight and prepared us a to-go breakfast. The room was very spacious and clean.

The internet connection in our room kept disconnecting so it was hard to use the wifi.

Big room Clean Coffee, shampoo Tv, wifi, nice breakfast Very comfortable and clean I highly recommend it!!! There is super market and to wash your clothes in 2 mins by foot

the streets are a bit narrow To go there but no big deal.

Great place to relax a few days

Amazing place. Room was huge, had a nice relaxing feel to the whole place. Nice curtains to block out the sun and relax, breakfast was made vegan, some options for fruit bread juice and coffee as well.

big clean room and grounds. lovely property, free breakfast and friendly staff. nice pool but not exposed to sun. walking distance to Ancient Temple.

the bathroom had a foul smell. the pool water too cold because sun doesn’t shine on it.

Exceptional

Wonderful stay! I booked with the discount price because of Covid pandemic, but I will come back to this hotel again for sure even the price it's turn back to normal rate. The staff, the room, the pool are perfect. 24hour convenience store 7-11 very near!

Great hideaway in the heart of Chiang Mai

Lovely large rooms that are clean and well decorated. Pool is nice and has a jacuzzi at one end. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast with something for all tastes.

Modestly and calmness

Very nice location which close to convenience stores, Chiang Mai University, and airport. The room for family (4 adults) is quite good with the living room. The utensils is completely clean and function. Small dining room locate on the first floor with various kind of foods and beverages. The pool is very clean which locate in the center of building with a big tree. The staffs are very nice and active. For the parking you can reserve it before you arrive because it is small hotel (7-8 cars).
