Location, staff was friendly. Room was relatively clean.

Outdated and in rough shape. Not worth the money for what I needed which was mainly just a place to sleep. Kids wanted to play basketball but were upset to see the makeshift basket and people parked there…..

It has definitely gone downhill in the last year.

There was no breakfast included

We have stayed there before and there was always soap and shampoo. The soap was awful and there was no shampoo. We had to pay for it and the bed was awful. We slept on the chair and the pull out couch!!

We are repeat customers and can’t wait to go back. This is our go to place always.

Clean room, big condo. Love the full kitchen. Staff is very nice. Quiet area. View of Lake Wallenpaupack from both bedroom and living room windows. So pretty. Love the area.

Nothing we didn’t like. Bed was a little soft for our liking but that’s just personal preference.

We appreciate the clean, well supplied, condo. e Each room was large and comfortable. Staff was so helpful and friendly!

The stairs ...scary! Hoped to be lake view.

The tranquility during the evening rain..from our covered balcony across from the dock and lake...small walking path across street led up on top of small dyke ...awesome views and benches to sit and take it all in..

the location was awesome and the staff was very friendly. room was spacious and comfortable.

not much to not like. we visited the game room and that can use some updating but it’s possible that it’s just in between seasons

the condo is set up wonderfully and very comfortable. being on the lake is very peaceful and relaxing

It’s lovely being right on the lake. the condo is set up great

things need to be cleaned better. a lot of cobwebs and things that could have been cleaned thoroughly

Very disappointed

when I entered my unit 122 it was soooo cold. The ac was on its highest setting. The light switches were gray and black with finger prints etc.. the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The main room drapes are stained and the plastic rod to open them was sticky. The liner is falling off the rod. All the lamps are caked with dust!! Sticky bathroom door knob. Carpet had not been vacuumed. The kitchen sink backsplash is gross! The handle on the microwave is broken. The oven needs cleaning. I was going to heat something in it and the preheat smoke changed my mind. I was prepared to wipe things down because of Covid. But not clean! That’s not why I go on vacation. I have stayed here a few years ago with the opposite results. I don’t think I will return. Too much money for what I received.

I’ve been there before and rented a 1 bedroom this one was nice, but smaller then the first one. That’s the only differences.

Quiet & peaceful

Our room key became disconnected and would not work. This was around 9pm, we had just came from grocery shopping. We called the office to say our room key doesn’t work and we was told someone would be there to reset new keys for the room. We waited over 45mins in the cold with all our groceries until someone came. This was unacceptable!
