The staff we did see was nice
- Parking is a disaster.
- Shower curtain needs to go all the way to the floor, it got the bathroom soaking wet. Provide more towels because of this.
- General wear and tear needs to be kept.
- The pool is so gross! We were 7 floors up and could see it was green on the bottom.
- The elevators!!! 2 very small elevators for that hotel is not enough. There isn’t even a service elevator for the housekeepers.
