Eastern Slope Inn Resort

The hotel was great. It was built approximately one hundred years ago and has been well maintained. It has an indoor pool and hot tub. It is in the center of town and has hiking trails to the Saco River and a fishing pond. The staff was great. It has plenty of parking.

We were not aware that the room we rented required us to use a Murphy bed. The bed was low to the floor, small and uncomfortable causing us back pain. The room had one window overlooking the roof of the restaurant. I would inquire about the room before visiting.

Historic, nostalgic, and quaint. Use of laundry facility included. Outdoor hot tub.

Indoor pool area was too hot to enjoy.

Loved the location. Easy to use the amenities. Theater on Property it was clean and quiet. Also secure and right on the Main Street Food in the breakfast and lunch cafe was delicious. The servers were attentive it is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and activities. Close to the park and the Mount Washington railway station. What more could you ask for? They have a nice Bar/lounge that unfortunately is not open after 2 pm as yet but I heard they are working on it being open in the evenings. So that’s to come.

We had no complaints.

The location was great and walkable to the town. The restaurant was great for breakfast.

Outside of the room we were assigned in back of the 2nd building there was a mechanical unit that turned on through the night waking us up. The shower head knob was broken and could not be adjusted. We did let the front desk know. They wanted to send out a person, but we were only there for another day and really didn't want anyone coming into our room while we were out and told them to wait until we checked out. One last note on the evening we arrived it was a bit chilly and my husband just wanted to turn the heat on to get the chill out of the room and the unit didn't work for heat, only cold.
