Location was perfect. Not too far to walk to concert we were attending and to other locations!

The room was very nicely decorated and comfortable.
The Air conditioner and fan wouldn’t work told front desk twice , but wasn’t fixed and the heat lamp in bathtub bathroom was out also reported not replaced and large lamp over Sofa couldn’t figure where the switch was ??? The light on behind the Headboard was out also reported and it WAS replaced. Told you were bought out and that’s to bad. Room 730

Great location. Room was very nice. The Brews Brothers restaurant in the hotel was really good. The casino and pool areas were very nice as well.
The registration staff need to understand English. We were asking about the parking and cost, and the registration girl kept saying "yes we can take your bags" and " yes, there will be someone". We finally walked away. She understood nothing.

The location was great. We didn't eat at the hotel. The 2 bathrooms in the room were a real plus. The valet parking was great and all the valet staff were excellent.
We arrived at the hotel at 2pm. We were told our room was already cleaned and just needed the final inspection. We checked back at 3, still not available. Again at 4pm, which is check-in time, still not available. Were told another 10 minutes and we could get the keys. At 5pm we were told the room was never cleaned and there was a problem with that room. We were switched to another room with 2 queens. We originally booked a king bed, but there were no more king beds available. I feel the check-in staff were either being dishonest or were very misinformed.
We used our Caesar's reward points for a reduced valet parking price at check-in. When we paid the final bill, they didn't honor that reduced price.
The coffee pot in the room was broken. We had to call for a different one.
