Both staff members we met were very friendly and helpful! Gave us all needed information upon arrival and helped us get a new key card when we lost ours getting back from a comedy show at midnight
We did get a smoking room but did not expect the top blanket to be covered in holes from lit cigarettes. The towels and toilet paper are cheap quality and there was brown dripping stains going down the wall in our bathroom. We did not expect 5 star hotel quality, but these things were a bit disappointing.

The cleaning
My room wasn’t at smoking room but the next room was , and I was not comfortable because all the time I was there the next room people smoking weed and I have to smell it . I was very désappointée I knew if I tell the manager they may not do anything about it . I spend 4 days uncomfortable .
