Stay was Ok

Staff hotel was clean

Bed was small, and uncomfortable it was 2am and I was tired and couldn’t get comfortable due to being put in a handicap room with a full size bed

Right place centrally located good price

Staff was amazing when it came to problems and resolutions. Friendly and down to earth.

Hotel was under renovation. Nothing horrible, but small inconveniences. But again, the staff was on the spot to resolve.

Complete lack of housekeeping.

It was near where we needed to be.

No housekeeping. Zero. Will not stay there again. To expensive to have no clean towels and be completely ignored.

Staff were very helpful and professional. Room and facilities were clean.

Heater problems. 1. Instructions on unit said to use monitor on wall. When couldn't get it to work, front desk said to use unit controls. Could not get temp to desired leve. Ended up just opening window to raise temp. 2. Could not get water to go through fixed shower head. Only could use hand held. Hand held facing open door when water turned on and sprayed bathroom. 3. Bathroom door needs adjustment as It would nly stay closed when latched. It would swing into room when not latched.

okay but construction made it noisy

mostly everything especially the kitchenette

the loudness outside my room. I could easily here people upstairs banging or a suitcase rolling across the floor outside my room. I could hear construction.

Overall for why we were staying it was just okay

Upon arrival staff was great but the hotel has a smell. The bed was very comfortable slept great we just werent satisfied with the construction work and the cleanliness before entering our room.

The room came fully stocked with everything I could need, they allowed me to check-in early, and the bed was comfy.

It was really expensive.

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Coffee was good on first floor.

I had to switch rooms because the heat and TV didn't work in mine.

Superb

We enjoyed that we had a kitchenette. The shower had great water pressure. Also, the bed was comfortable, and the placement gave us plenty of room.

The size of the TV was very small. The lighting was okay, but possibly could have been better in some corners of the room. The air unit didn't work as instructed but after talking with the front desk, it was corrected.

I liked how it was easily accessible from the interstate. The front desk person was polite and answered any questions. The room was clean. The shower had hot water. I would stay there again.

I didn't like being on the first floor with sheer curtains. I felt like people in the parking lot could see in my room.

A day staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and conveniently located for our trip. Shower pressure was excellent

Would love to stay here again if I'm in Lexington.

The rooms were amazingly clean. Staff was friendly. Room had all of the amenities that I needed and more. Beds and pillows were wonderfully soft.

Maybe more soft drinks selections, but the ones they had were good.

You get what you pay for, rude staff.

Quiet

The staff was extremely rude. Management didn’t communicate to staff what was discussed over phone. She called me a liar and all sorts of things. She called manager and I was right…. Still nothing was done for all of this… the most ridiculous place I’ve ever stayed! The most horrible experience ever!
