Simply put, everything.
Prices were high at the cafe and restaurants. Coffee should not cost 9 dollars. A croissant with egg and cheese should not cost 18.

We had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Resort Oʻahu at Ko Olina and felt very welcome from the moment we arrived.
One of the things we appreciated most was the exceptional service. We were able to check in much earlier than the official check-in time, and we were also offered a late check-out at no additional charge. On top of that, we received a room upgrade to a beautiful room with a stunning ocean view. The room was very quiet, the bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept wonderfully.
The entire hotel staff was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. You can really feel that providing excellent service is a priority here.
We also had dinner at Mina’s Fish House, which was another highlight of our stay. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding and incredibly attentive. We truly enjoyed the whole experience.
The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. There are several pools, including a gorgeous adults-only infinity pool. What impressed us most, however, was the beach. We visited many different beaches around Oʻahu, but this was personally our favorite place to swim on the entire island. The white sandy beach, calm and beautiful water, and the small protected lagoons made it feel like the Hawaiian paradise we had imagined.
Overall, we had an amazing stay. The beautiful resort, wonderful beach, stunning room, and especially the exceptional service made our time here very special. We would definitely choose Four Seasons Oʻahu again and would love to come back. 🌺
If I had to mention one small criticism, it would be the cleanliness of the bathroom. There were a few hairs from previous guests in the shower, and the shower could have been descaled a little more thoroughly. At a hotel of this standard, this is something that ideally should not happen. However, this really was a minor detail and did not take away from our overall experience.

Breakfast was good - an excellent selection and great quality. However very expensive!
The chia pudding was amazing!
Sunsets and views incredible.
Two on site restaurants - Mina and Noe were good.
Gym was well stocked and appointed
Pool service staff and cleaners were excellent
Good size room and bathroom
Arrogant and rude service by some of the staff - particularly front desk and the lady running the adults only pool.
Concierge team were totally useless - no help at all
Limited facilities and access to a beach - you cant really experience the waves from there
Limited restaurants on site - only two for dinner
Restrictions for older teenagers to not access the adults only pool that has the best views etc was silly and staff were rude and happy to indulge the very drunk and foul mouthed guests that were in the pool but wouldn't let us sit quietly on one side
