I always enjoy this property. Excellent staff, facility, breakfast even the upgraded gym is wonderful.
If I had to complain about one thing it would be, that I have stayed at this property at least 10 times in the past year. I always request a ground floor room. I have yet to get one. Other than that, I love the place.

it was close to fast food outlets, several within walking distance
it felt like it was in a large car park. It was being refurbished but I wasn't told that when booking. There was no lounge and nowhere to sit or have a drink. Not good. the complimentary breakfast didn't have much of choice in terms of hot food. the location of the pool not good as it was right by the entrance and car park which meant everyone could see you when at the pool. Needed a bit more privacy
