Pretty location. Close to many restaurants and shops. Convenient to kancamagus highway attractions.
The building shows some wear but it is a good value and comfortable stay. Breakfast had a decent selection.

The price was right. You get what you pay for I guess.
Woman at check in was nice.
Pet friendly.Comfortable beds. Better toiletries than many places we have stayed. view from the dining room was fantastic.
The light was out on the sign so it was hard to find the driveway road. Building has seen better days. Room carpet was not great.
