Excellent staff and able to assist with most queries. I wonder about Housekeeping, though. The Hotel could have been largely booked. However, when I checked in at 3:30pm, all floors still had housecarts and rooms were still being prepared for the next guest. Location was good and I don't remember much noise from the Interstate.
The hot breakfast was better than similar quality hotels. They pride themselves on their hot cinnamon rolls which were tasty. At breakfast the second day, the turkey sausage didn't look cooked completely.
Signage for the pool needs to better reflect that it's "down this hallway, through this door, and then down the outside steps." Our large group was using the breakfast area for a family get-together and there were a couple of lost guests who were in the right hallway, but turned away when they saw the large crowd. They did get directed.
