Friendly helpful staff. Great pool area, large swimming pool and large hot tub . Nice surround of pool high ceilings .
Pool so crowded they ran out of pool towels. Drainage perimeter around pool not draining , saw 2 people slip from standing water from drain line not working. Luckily they were both young kids so it didn’t faze them, they had bendy bones. They weren’t running but extra water made flooring slippery. Definitely a potential hazard for adults though.

The staff were exceptional. So kind, always with a pleasant and helpful demeanor. The pool and hot tub… perfection. The temps in each were perfect! Please always keep the pool at that temp… makes it so inviting. The staff and pool/hot tub were what made the stay positive.
The rooms are filthy. The carpet needs to go. There was a constant humidity in the room. They desperately need DE-humidifiers. The rooms need an overhaul. More dresser space is needed. The beds need to be replaced. They are old and lumpy. Ancient. Get new mattresses. This is not only my experience but also the commentary of my friends and relatives who also stayed here. Our feet were black walking on the room carpet. Remove the carpeting and overhaul the rooms and get new mattresses as soon as possible.
