We liked everything the hotel had to offer. However we were there for our kids basketball tournament and unfortunately came into a bad situation at the restaurant. The restaurant was nice but the bar scene became inappropriate with adults acting intoxicated and being inappropriate. We asked them to respect the children that were at dinner but it turned into a worse situation. I wish they would remind the bar individuals that it’s ok to have fun but it’s a family restaurant and should be respected.

Great location for us. Room nice and clean. Bed so comfortable. Also has a restaurant on site.

Tired.

Location is near airport

First floor room was like a basement, dingy, broken door lock, and smoke smell. When I asked to be moved to a higher level the room was much improved. Overall it's a tired hotel and with breakfast not included in the price, it's not good value.

Comfortable stay, local transportation included, would stay again!

Transportation to the concert was amazing! Rooms were clean, comfortable beds!

Breakfast ends before 9 on a Sunday. Front staff gave bad directions to our room.

The comfort and 24 hour check in. The cleanliness was good.

I was told that it was going to be a buffet for breakfast on the website but it wasn’t and I paid for the buffet. Also I had to pay for a breakfast if I wanted it. It was a sit down breakfast place and I didn’t have time

Superb

We liked how clean and quiet it was, along with the pool and breakfast.

the breakfast wasn’t included in our rate. I feel like the rooms are slightly overpriced for not including breakfast.

probably won’t stay here again but the guy at the front counter was very nice. he should train everyone else that works

the bathroom was nice and the room was pretty clean overall.

upon checking in I was told that everything I had reserved wasn’t available. I had 2 rooms each with 2 beds reserved and was told that only 1 room with one king bed was available. then I was asked to pay 40 dollars extra because I would have to upgrade to 2 suites so I could get rooms with 2 beds. also upon getting to the rooms which were on the third floor I found out that the room key did not work and I had to return to the lobby to get them turned on and had to go all the way back up. also the hallways are not very clean and the elevator had a very musty smell to it.

The pool area is was very cold. There was frost around the windows & outside doors. I believe this made the water cooler & less enjoyable. That is my only complaint about our stay.
