We had a relaxing stay and a phenomenal breakfast!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. I usually struggle to sleep well in hotels and I must say, I slept wonderfully here. The bed was like a cloud! Also, the shower in the room was really good, too. I liked how they had full sized shampoo and conditioner bottles instead of those teeny disposable ones - great for the environment AND my wife and daughters were actually able to have enough product to effectively wash their hair after swimming in the pool. And lastly, the breakfast was phenomenal! There was something for everyone (even my pickiest child) and the staff was extremely quick refilling items such as scrambled eggs, bacon, hard boiled eggs, etc. My wife, kids and I were stuffed and ready to start our day.

The only thing I would say is the flooring around the pool was extremely slippery and I almost slipped a couple of times while walking with my baby in my arms. It made me nervous for my kids (6 and 8) that they may fall in the pool, or hurt themselves. But the pool itself (and the hot tub) was great! Very refreshing and relaxing!

Clean comfortable stay with helpful staff and good breakfast!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was excellent!

The location is a bit separated from the city so when we arrived in the evening there was only one restaurant nearby to eat dinner at. It was a decent / tasty restaurant but some more choices would have been better!

Overall it was very relaxing and quiet

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

The breakfast isn’t that great, there isn’t much to choose from. The AC/Heater in our room was very noisy.

Not up to par

There was blood on the shower curtain and I talked with the staff they changed the curtain but left the old dirty curtain on the floor and they broke the rod so the new curtain was useless

Clean, comfortable.

At the pool there were ALOT if screaming kids that parents were letting scream and even parents were doing cannon balls. Hot tub as bad. Not relaxing at all. Maybe times for kids separate from times for non kids and relaxing?

My bathroom door was broken and I had 120 dollars and extra charges that get held on your card and you don't get it back for days.

Clean, comfortable rooms, pretty decent overall!

We only stayed one night so we can’t comment on the pool or fitness area as we didn’t get to experience them. Our room was clean, water pressure was good, and the breakfast was pretty decent. It’s close to the airport which is a plus for people flying in and is a short drive to plenty of food and activity options.

The only thing that stood out as annoying but definitely not horrible was sound of the heater/cooling unit. It’s was pretty loud but only really bothered us while trying to watch a show in the evening.

Had a great stay. Staff was excellent and very helpful. The pool and hottub were great and the location was convenient.
