The location was good, room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I was happy there was an iron and hair dryer, and frig in the room. Also had shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body wash....shower was really nice. The room met all expectations.
Loved the 24x7 fitness room. The pool was really nice as well, especially in 85 degree weather.
Some of the counter staff were very nice, a couple others felt like I was bothering them. It wasn't consistent.
the price I paid on booking.com said that it included breakfast at 14.99 per person but when i checked in, they said the breakfast was not included and I would have to pay. So I paid additional money for nothing - for 4 people. That was a huge disappointment. I don't know if Booking.com ripped me off?
the other issue was the lack of sugar. There were coffee machines in the room, which was great, but it only came with 1 little sugar packet. We asked the front desk for more sugar, but were told no. So just bring sugar packets, or grab some when they have free coffee out in the morning. :) otherwise coffee in the room was really good!!

I didn’t like that products in the bathroom looked old. But I love that it’s Dove?

The beds were comfortable.
The staff wasn’t accommodating at all. For example, the next morning we went downstairs to purchase cereal that they sold at the front desk. I asked the woman if they had regular white milk as the fridge only had chocolate milk. Her response to my 5 year old son and I was “I’m sure we have more milk, but it’s at the shop and I will get it later”. Lol, but you sell cereal AT THE FRONT DESK! No offer to go and get more as I was purchasing cereal for my son.
The staff weren’t even friendly and actually acted like we were an inconvenience. We definitely won’t be going back especially at $183/night. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else that offers more for your money!
Also, they were black hairs on our CLEAN towels. And the restaurant food is terrible and tasteless. Seriously, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. There’s definitely better options for your family and hard earned money.
