Glad it was there to get some sleep because it had been a long day.

Breakfast was good! Staff was very helpful! Hot water was plentiful in the bathroom. It was in a quiet and peaceful area.

The corner of the mirror frame need to be fixed - hopefully just taped for protection and waiting on a proper piece to fix it. The carpets needed shampooing and floors needed to be cleaned a bit more.

The room and staff were great and friendly.

The breakfast was fine, nice selection for a light breakfast. All the hotel was nice and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good location to restaurants and shopping.

Honestly the only issue was the chaise in our room had a large spot (looked like a dried water? spot) and I believe it just needed a steam cleaning otherwise the rest of the room was very clean.

It was a comfortable place to sleep but it was good to get away from during the day.

The beds were comfortable and there were lots of pillows.

The bathroom had mold/mildew in the shower area. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. The big mirror in the bathroom was placed so low on the wall that it interfered with use of the faucet in the sink. The fitness room was out of order. I walked laps around the outside pool for my workout. The outside area was dirty and flower beds neglected.

Nooo don't stay! Go across the street.

Pool dirty. Service sucked.. bath tub had mold. Very tiny, barley, nothing workout room. Thought I booked a spa room according to the description that wasn't true. False advertising

Loved the comfortable bed!

The beds were extremely comfortable. The check-in person was amazingly quick -- my fastest check-in ever which was much appreciated as we had had a very long day on the road.

The elevator was very old and slow. While still trying to maintain social distancing and we had a bit of a line and wait time getting to our room. Holiday Inn pricing has gone waaaay up for a person who just wants to sleep.

room was good size, however paid for a spa tub room and didn’t have a spa tub

the size of the room

stayed 40 minutes out of our way to have a room with a spa tub once we got there, our room didn’t have a spa tub in it. went to the front desk and was told they don’t have any rooms with a spa tub in it and that it was booking.com fault and there was nothing they could do. also the pool was broke.

The room was supposed to have a Jacuzzi tub in it and it didn't. We paid extra for that feature.

The staff is extremely nice and welcoming, the rooms are clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was EXCELLENT! Many varieties.

I have been charged over 250$ that I NEVER authorized! In the middle of a dispute. Other than this really expensive inconvenience it was a great stay.

Superb

Lisa was Amazing! We had a terrible place we were staying for my birthday weekend. She was super helpful and got us checked in early. Will definitely be going back!

Only issue was could not figure out how to get the safe to work. Think the batteries needed to be changed as it had a weird code when I tried to use it.

Not what I was used to for holiday inn.

Breakfast was good. Nice variety. The front desk clerk was nice and friendly.

Not enough towels in room for the reserved guests. Was advised that earlier that day employees quit. Had to wait for front desk to put towels in dryer then went down to get them. Conditioner in shower was empty.
