I liked that the room was cleanly and the beds were softer than most beds I encountered on my trip. The breakfast was pretty good too
I didn’t like that my children identified the pool was dirty. It was not clear enough to see them swim. I also didn’t like that the bathroom in our room had no fan. There were not enough outlets in the room either, and the one by the bed was so loose, I was lucky to get my clap machine to stay plugged in enough to get power overnight. Also the pillows were on the lower quality side.

Booked double beds, when I got there they didn't have any put me and a friend in a king. Why pick room if you can't get what you pick. Would have choose a different hotel.
Bathroom dirty, cleaning needs to improve.
Didn't get room I choose. Why pick out a room if they are just going to give you what they want. I then tell you they don't have any available.
