I enjoyed the time with my family. Most of the staff was friendly.
The rooms got very hot in the afternoon. I waited 45 minutes for a luggage cart when I got there. Staff was not very helpful. Elevator wait time to get on was timely. I do not think you need to pay a parking fee if you are staying at the hotel. Excuse is they started when Covid was going on, Covid is over with. I did not receive clean towels and wash clothes during my stay.
