The friendly helpful staff members. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Makes us feel welcoming. The convenience of the location was central near several attractions.

The walls has terrible insulation. We literally could hear everything on the other side of the walls.. Our neighbor’s kids woke up at 6am and screamed their heads off running around in their room making lots of noises for a good 2 hours non-stop while we were still sleeping. I had to turn on my white noise app to continue sleeping.

Ice machines out of order. Parts of room was dated especially shower and tub. Our room faced back of property. The back of property was messy with exposed construction bins and materials. It could use portable fencing around it just to make it look organized. I suggest a designated outdoor ventilated space for smokers instead of having smokers standing out in the back parking lot areas as smoke smells come up around the rooms.

It’s like a knock off disney hotel.

Finding building 2 was confusing, the walls of the rooms were thin and could hear my next door neighbors the whole time. They charged me $270 for one night when I was only supposed to pay $135 so now I have to go back and forth with them for the charges. They charge $40 resort fee PLUS $27 plus taxes. Kind of annoying. My daughter found gum in her bed sheets on the bunk bed as well.

The room were very dirty , and smell so bad I called front desk they did send some one to change them but the room still smelled bad . I will never stay here again . My mom got sick from all the dust in the rooms . They make up your bed after the 5th day of stay like I never stay in a hotel with such a dirty rule of making your bed after so many days . I was gone already by the 5th day .

Worst stay ever! They charged my credit card twice and for seven days told me it was being refunded it was never refunded and then on checkout day they're saying a total of 600 was refunded. The whole staff needs to be retrained never seen such incompetent people. They talk in circles and corporate should really look into this location. It is shameful! and corporate should really look into this location. It is shameful! On a scale of 1 to 5 they are a ZERO!

Breakfast was alittle expensive for what was served. We only ate here once during the stay.

Las instalaciones son algo antiguas, el ascensor y el edificio en general requiere algo de mantenimiento. La acomodación era para 6 personas y no había puerta en una de las habitaciones. Tampoco había lugar para poner las maletas y/o ropa en esa habitación Se paga precio de resort y hacen falta varias cosas básicas como esas. La tarifa debería incluir al menos desayuno si las instalaciones no son propias de un "resort".

There was a roach in my room, my husband and I had to be relocated to a different room. Disgusting! You had to pay for literally everything, even parking ! Way too much money for roaches !

Washroom was dirty and whole apartment had cockroach. Additionally I booked this hotel for waterpark but it was not operational. It just ruined our vacation.

Everything else, from the booking to the check in & the check out there were completely different pricing at each. The hot tubs filter was gross, which means it wasn’t “cleaned” the night before because I was the first guest in it Sunday morning. The whole hotel needs improving. $50 breakfast for a crappy motel breakfast.

Roaches in my first two rooms. Staff was ehh Small rooms. The water park slides were deemed unstable but yet was still in use. The washing machines don’t work right and the dryers don’t dry anything and they each cost 3.50 to use.

elvetor is not working so we have to use stairs to 5th floor. Room have 4 towel for 6 people . front desk they tell me to get room on water park area I have to add $50 per night extra payment not notice when I booked my room.

The ice machines weren't working on most of the floors. For a day and a half I couldn't charge to my room. I had to call Numerous times to get my Receipt.

Upon arrival we had to wait an hour in line to check in as only 2 people working the desk. No one told us what building or floor our room was with no luggage carts. We paid 60 extra for early check in and spent an hour finding our first room hauling everything on our backs up and down stairs as the elevators were broken. Our first room ac was leaking all over the floor causing the kids to fall .We had to change rooms with once again no idea as the location of the new room and hauling with exhausted kids all our luggage on our backs with still broken elevators. Another hour searching for a second room. On Sunday morning at 5 am...loud alarms blared through the whole building stating to evacuate due to a fire. So scared and dragging sleepy kids outside to sit in a parking lot for 20 mins to be told false alarm...go back inside. So it was 7 am by the time we got back to sleep. Then check out was at 10 and housekeeping was knocking on our door at 930 saying it's time to be out so they can clean the room. Wagging her finger at an invisible watch on her arm. Meanwhile we have half an hour and we're loading our vehicle. We talked to the manager who said call him when we got to our new room. We tried and he never answered or called back. Terrible issues.Also the second room had a broken ice maker so drinks were hot. We will not return there and hope someone can return some of the money they charged.Also 25 dollars a day to park there which was not included in the price when we booked. Never again.

Food is slightly over priced for the quality of it, beds are uncomfortable to sleep on and found roaches everyday of my stay
