Very good, clean and easy accessible, food properly prepared
Road conditions in poor access from main street, major potholes substandard road surface. I’ll accept that hotel has little to do with street repair, maybe the city need some stroking! Hotel is aging some repairs needing attention to keep up public approvals

The proximity to where we had to go

Everything was very good , staff was so nice , loved the room , everything was so clean and fresh.

The area where the property was located was fine
The parking lot is incredibly small. There were several times each day that we would come back to the hotel and there would be no parking spaces.
The front desk staff was frequently missing, and several of them were woefully under trained when it came to fixing our problems. Speaking of problems we received two room cards and only one of them was working. We took the other one down to have it fixed and it immediately removed the other card. So at any given time, we only had one card to the room.
The building itself seemed to be partially under construction, which I understand places need upgrades and what not. But every area of the building seem to be dirty, including the handrails, the floors and the rug rugs in the entryway.
The last two days of our stay, the elevators were broken. I really hope that there wasn’t a handicap. Person stuck upstairs when that happened. I myself I’m suffering from a back injury, and it was incredibly difficult to haul myself and my bags up and down the stairs.
This is just personal preference, but the mirror in the bathroom is back lit, and it is incredibly bright. It would be nice if it had a dimmer or an option to only have an overhead light.
